App integrations

Connect HubSpot to the platforms you already sell with

Use Plandalf to connect HubSpot with checkout pages, payment flows, email tools, CRM records, access systems, tax engines, and webhooks.

How it works

Plandalf is the commerce layer between apps

HubSpot keeps doing what it is best at. Plandalf handles the offer, checkout, buyer fields, payment context, invoice data, and post-purchase events that every other app needs.

HubSpot is a CRM and marketing platform. Its Workflows product supports webhook actions natively (on Professional and above), making it a straightforward bridge between contact properties / form submissions and Plandalf promo enrolment. ## What Plandalf does here - **Countdown in marketing emails** — `{{ contact.email }}` personalises the `<img src>` query string per recipient. - **Workflow-driven enrolment** — Marketing Hub Pro's Send-a-webhook action POSTs JSON directly to the promo's catch URL. Free-tier accounts route the same flow through Zapier.

Product surfaces to check before wiring HubSpot

A useful HubSpot integration page should show where the operator configures Offers, payment options, invoices, Automations, integrations, and API settings before a developer ships the flow.

Offer setup before anything syncs

HubSpot receives cleaner data when the offer, product, price, checkout mode, invoice, and automation path are defined first.

Follow-up starts from the purchase event

HubSpot should get buyer, product, coupon, invoice, and offer context from the purchase event instead of a disconnected form submit.

Integration settings stay inspectable
